What Is A Technical Support Agreement

This agreement contains the terms and conditions applicable to your purchase at Safe Video Communication AS. („SVC“), which are available to you („customer“) for orders from SVC Technical Support Agreements. By accepting the delivery of the SVC services and support described on the invoice or confirmation of the order, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and accepts these Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by this agreement, you must notify SVC immediately and return your purchase in accordance with SVC`s return policy below. CES TERMES AND CONDITIONS APPLY (i) UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED A SEPARATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH SVC, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN; OR II) UNLESS OTHER SVC STANDARD TERMS APPLY TO THE TRANSACTION. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time without written notice, at SVC`s sole discretion. MDaemon Technologies offers technical assistance agreements to meet your company`s critical response requirements. We strive to provide the best support experience with one goal: your satisfaction. SVC may, at any time, at SVC`s sole discretion, amend this directive without prior written notice. A return-to-update policy can be accessed on the SVC website. The customer can revoke this contract within 30 days of receiving it.

Any refund is determined by SVC based on the time and/or number of assistance incidents at SVC`s discretion. The customer must contact SVC customer service for the referral and cannot terminate the contract after 30 days after receipt, unless this is provided for by an applicable provincial or federal law that cannot be changed by convention. These terms and conditions must NOT be amended, supplemented or amended by the use of other documents, unless otherwise stated. Any attempt to amend, complete or modify this document or to place an order for products or services and assistance subject to additional or modified conditions is null and void, unless a written agreement signed by the Client and SVC has otherwise agreed. If a clause or condition is declared nullified or unenforceable, it is separated and any other provision is applied as if the non-enforceable or non-binding clause or condition had never been part of that provision. The parties agree that the court has the right to read the provision as narrowly as possible, which is not applicable, in order to make it applicable and enforceable. Both parties agree that such a scope can be changed by law in any enforcement proceeding. Both parties agree that the agreements in them are necessary to protect legitimate business interests and are proportionate in their scope and content.

The failure of one of the parties to apply the provisions of this document at any time or for a specified period should not be construed as a waiver of those conditions or the right of that party to apply any clause contained in that document. SVC DOES NOT ACCEPT STABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING FOR USE OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE, OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT.
